Turn any book into an interactive course

2.9min Read

Was that subject enough of a hook to grab your attention?

Ok, what about this:

Turn the newsletters you subscribe to into a second brain

Hopefully that one gets you because those are the only two demos I have today… 🤷🏻‍♂️

For those reading on, let’s go!

First Demo:

I’m re reading Vivid Vision By Cameron Herold. (HIGHLY recommend this book)

But I want to go deeper this time around. I want to create a curriculum to follow that myself and others can work through using the principles of the book.

Essentially I want to create a course that can be customized and used to go through everything that Herold writes about and make it a reality.

This is taking learning to another level. Active Learning. And we now have the ability to do this within minutes.

In this demo I show you the initial prompt that I enter and then some trouble shooting that I needed to do. I kept that in because that’s the reality. All I did was screenshot the problem and tell Claude to fix it. Don’t over complicate it.

DEMO 1 --> HERE

In this second demo, I show you a SUPER simple way to take all the newsletters you’re subscribed to, summarize all of them, and turn them into skills you can train your AI on.

Why? What’s the point?
The best way to describe this is you can now capture ALL the learning and save it. Everything that you would normally have to consume and remember, you can leverage AI to consume for you and remember FOR you. It’s like putting on a robotics suit and becoming super strong.

This is allowing you to capture all the stuff that would normally be content overload and ACTUALLY use it.

All I’m doing here is setting an automation to scan my newsletters reference AI and then create “skills” (take aways) from the emails and save them in Claude to help me with things later.

In normal people talk:
It’s like being a parent. You’ve learned all these lessons and been there. You have the context. When you see your kids doing something that you can help on or advise on, you share your wisdom. In this case, I’m training AI to gather all this wisdom regularly and then advise me when I need it.

DEMO 2 --> HERE

Bringing this home:

I had a killer conversation with another guy in the AI space the other day. Neither of us are engineers or developers. Just two dudes that have been figuring it out for the past few years.

The main point I want to highlight here is that we’ve been able to stay ahead and become “experts” (weird to even say that) due to one big reason:

We’ve stayed up to date on everything.

Which in and of itself is a full time job…

But seriously— just by staying in the know with AI, you’ll become a “thought leader”.

And one way you can do that is by building workflows like these.

People don’t like your AI slop

I’ll make this short. It’s better to write yourself, make the mistakes, misspell words, have fun in sentences and sound human than to create some AI slop.

People can tell when you’re being lazy and use Chat. It’s like you phoned it in.

You need to TRAIN your AI to write like you. And even then, it’s not totally there. Close. But not entirely. Don’t be lazy.

An entrepreneur's recipe for sweet success 3.1 min Read But it didn't… But ALMOST. Which is crazy for me to say because I absolutely love writing these each week. I usually write them on Thursdays and I literally don't schedule anything else in the early morning so that I can do this. It's a treat. So to think that I ALMOST had AI write this for me is WILD. Mainly because: I never thought that AI would really be able to portray my writing voice. It's not formal by any means. There's random...

You can’t do ANYTHING with AI (just yet)… BUT we can do more stuff now than we EVER have before and if you aren’t taking advantage of the time that we are in, you are genuinely missing out.If you’re reading this email, It’s pretty good odds that you’re already messing around with AI. So let’s just assume that and I’ll jump right into the juice.This will be Tactical Easy to understand Useful Fun First though,...
