Ok, maybe a bit misleading. You can’t do ANYTHING with AI (just yet)… BUT we can do more stuff now than we EVER have before and if you aren’t taking advantage of the time that we are in, you are genuinely missing out. If you’re reading this email, It’s pretty good odds that you’re already messing around with AI.
So let’s just assume that and I’ll jump right into the juice. This will be
Tactical
Easy to understand
Useful
Fun
First though, before I get into the good stuff, its important to note this: You need to give yourself space to play. It might not FEEL productive or worth your time or as if it’s going to elicit an immediate ROI, but TRUST ME— it’s worth it. Think about it this way. When your kids are playing on the ground with cars and blocks and dolls, you don't stop them and say “hey, that’s not worth your time. You need to be productive and make money.” No! Of course you don't. But why? BECAUSE we know that kids aren’t just playing— they are LEARNING. They are testing. Iterating. Building. Finding their voice and creativity. Play isn’t just something that kids need. It’s something that we all need. SO, please make time to play. With that, this is what I have been playing around with. I’ll share each project with you and break down how easy it was to do. PROJECT 1 — Email management I think I am MOST excited about this one. For about a year now I’ve been paying for a subscription to Forage Mail. It has been an AWESOME email management app. My inbox has never been so clean. Seriously. BUT, they just closed shop. This is actually a really good thing for them. Their team was acquired and now work for a much larger company and are doing things at the next level. Super cool… But what about my inbox?? It immediately became a mess and I didn’t want another subscription. SO, I built my own
Seriously. This is completely possible to do. I used Claude Code, and got to work. It’s AMAZING! I still have features to add, but this will work perfectly for me on a personal level. MAYBE I’ll publish it… maybe. But for now, it’s a great solution. Here is the basic plan to get started and do it yourself:
Email Manager Setup Guide.pdf PROJECT 2— Banger Scout This is actually pretty cool! Working with Chris Koerner, we have a VERY dialed in system for finding “banger” podcast guests. And its all pretty manual… so I thought to myself— “self, there HAS to be a better way…” And while it’s not perfect, there IS a better way. I built it. This web app scrapes YouTube using the formula and variables that I’ve given it and generates a list of videos that match that. It’s also constantly refreshing and looking for new material. It’s still very beta, but it works!
PROJECT 3— "Purpose Driven Life" App Have you ever read that book by Rick Warren? It’s amazing! I first read it when I was was 21 and it changed my life. I was re-reading it the other month (it’s worth the re-read) and I got distracted with another book…. Or two… ok maybe 3 JEEZ! But then the other day I thought about it again and wanted a way to digest it every morning in 2 min or less. So I built an app that took the full PDF of the book and distilled it down to a daily 2 min read. I even have it where I can take notes, talk to AI about the content and share what I’m reading with others.
PROJECT 4 — Building a course from zero I made this screen recording for a friend of mine, but wanted to share it with you as well. This is a super simple AI use case that anyone can use. I’m working on creating a content course focused on short form video and have tons of material from calls, trainings, pdfs, documents, etc that I needed to organize into a comprehensive course. I also had a call with my business partner on this where we discussed in great length what we wanted to build. The process: I took the transcript of that business call and loaded it in Claude for context. THEN, I loaded all the other material and prompted it to help me build the course. After a bit of back and forth, Claude produced a beautifully put together PDF covering all the modules of the course. From here we’ll look through it, edit and adjust as needed Here’s a video breakdown of what I did
Wow, if you could see my keyboard now, there’s smoke coming off of it with how vigorously I typed all of this! That was a lot! LAST THING I’LL SAY— If ANY of that sparked your fancy and you want to learn more or just chat about it, please hit me up. I would love to jam with you. Genuinely. No bites today since you’re already chewing on all of that! BEST TWEET:

Ok, what about this:“Turn the newsletters you subscribe to into a second brain”Hopefully that one gets you because those are the only two demos I have today… 🤷🏻♂️ For those reading on, let’s go! An entrepreneur's recipe for sweet success 3.1 min Read But it didn't… But ALMOST. Which is crazy for me to say because I absolutely love writing these each week. I usually write them on Thursdays and I literally don't schedule anything else in the early morning so that I can do this. It's a treat. So to think that I ALMOST had AI write this for me is WILD. Mainly because: I never thought that AI would really be able to portray my writing voice. It's not formal by any means. There's random...
