2.2min Read This is Yoni. Yoni has amassed close to 200k followers on IG by doing one simple thing every day for the last year. Now— the projects that Yoni builds actually get attention. He just launched an app called Brainrot on the App Store and has been absolutely crushing it. Like, completely explosive success. I’ll dive more into that later. And he attributes this to the audience that he was able to build and then distribute his work to. Yoni is a life long entrepreneur and realized that with every new venture or project that he started, he had to start over. The personal branding didn’t last from one project to the next. Which meant neither did the audience. So this is what Yoni did: He posted 1 video a day for an entire year. It started out SUPER BASIC. Like the most basic you can think of. And as the days went by, he got better. He iterated and started figuring out what works or what doesn’t. He leaned into sharing more of his entrepreneurial journey and slowly but surely built a curious audience. An audience that was rooting for him to succeed and who resonate with bringing the trenches along side of him. We now live in a time where you genuinely don’t need to create a resume anymore if you’re creating content. In a world where people are constantly consuming, when you step up and CREATE, doors unlock for you. Yoni experienced that firsthand. And it’s been incredible to watch take place. So incredible, I had to write this article about it. Now, a little about Yonis app—Brainrot. Yoni was fully consumed with his content and the creation of this. He was wrapped in the algorithms and a slave to his phone. A software engineer by trade, Yoni realized he could solve this problem. There’s a handful of other screen time apps out there, but none that really fit what he wanted. He had an image in his head of a cute little brain rotting from all the phone usage. He wanted that visual front and center. So he built it. Yes, he’s an engineer and this comes easier to him than most, but he’s openly said that he used AI and vibecoding tools to build this out. And I can vouch for that. I’ve binged most of his videos and he’s using Cursor most of the time. So here’s the breakdown if you’re not tracking: Yoni had been a serial entrepreneur and unsuccessful for years. He decided to create a personal brand to capture this journey. He did it by posting one video a day for a year and grew a HUGE audience. He then used that audience to distribute an app that he has built through passion and necessity. The app is crushing it. He vibecoded the app. Moral of the story — That was a lot, but it was important to cover. Now for some quick bites: BITE 1 I know you’re going to hear the gurus say otherwise… but the truth is that the multiple things that are unique to you, that you are passionate about, that keep your brain occupied and fired up… that’s your niche. That’s your content. Not everyone wants to be a content creator. Not everyone wants to share the journey, but if you DO. If you feel that pull to create and share your creations with the world, don’t let a silly thing like your niche trip you up. Just SHARE. Just CREATE. Just put out content that you are excited about and that excitement will spread. BITE 2 BITE 3 …but it can’t do things like search things or read files on your computer—unless you give it a tool to do that. So what does an MCP actually do? It’s like giving your AI a toolbox.

An entrepreneur's recipe for sweet success 3.1 min Read But it didn't… But ALMOST. Which is crazy for me to say because I absolutely love writing these each week. I usually write them on Thursdays and I literally don't schedule anything else in the early morning so that I can do this. It's a treat. So to think that I ALMOST had AI write this for me is WILD. Mainly because: I never thought that AI would really be able to portray my writing voice. It's not formal by any means. There's random...
